- Job offer from designated employer (TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3)
- 1 year of work experience in last 5 years
- High school education or equivalent
- CLB 5 (or NCLC 5 for French)

Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program
- Job offer from designated employer (TEER 4)
- 1 year of work experience in last 5 years
- High school education or equivalent
- CLB 4 (or NCLC 4 for French)
Ideal for: Semi-skilled workers with job offer
Atlantic International Graduate Program
- Job offer from designated employer
- 2-year degree from Atlantic institution
- Studied full-time for at least 2 years
- CLB 5 (or NCLC 5 for French)
