Who is this program for

Skilled workers with at least 1 year of Canadian work experience

Main criteria

At least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada within the last 3 years
2
CLB 7 for NOC TEER 0 or 1, CLB 5 for NOC TEER 2 or 3

Experience must have been gained with a legal work permit
4
Intention to live in a province other than Quebec

Process steps

1. Check Eligibility

Confirm you have the required Canadian experience and language skills

2. Prepare Documents

Gather language tests, employment letters and other documents

3. Create Express Entry Profile

Submit your profile online in the Express Entry system

4. Receive ITA

Wait for invitation to apply

5. Submit Complete Application

Finalize and submit all documents within 60 days
