Main criteria

Process steps

1. Get a job offer from a designated employer

The employer must be designated by the Atlantic province. Search for jobs with designated employers.

2. Complete the settlement plan

Work with a designated settlement service provider to create a personalized plan for you and your family.

3. Employer submits endorsement application

Your employer submits a provincial endorsement application on your behalf. The province verifies you meet the criteria.

4. Receive provincial endorsement

If approved, you receive a provincial endorsement letter needed for your PR application.

5. Submit permanent residence application to IRCC

Submit your PR application online with all required documents, including the provincial endorsement.
