This includes citizens of the European Union (except Romania and Bulgaria), United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and many other countries. U.S. permanent residents can also apply for an eTA. Note: If you arrive in Canada by land or sea (from the United States), you do NOT need an eTA.
