Work Permit with LMIA
Work permit with LMIA in Canada. Employer obtains positive LMIA, then you apply for your work permit. Pathway to permanent residence.
Who is this program for
This permit targets foreign workers who have received a job offer from a Canadian employer who has obtained a positive LMIA. This includes workers in highly skilled positions (TEER 0, 1, 2, 3), workers in lower-skilled positions (TEER 4, 5), seasonal workers, and caregivers. Employers must demonstrate they have made recruitment efforts to hire Canadians before turning to foreign workers.
